3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Website are in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed through the approved payment methods available on the Website before any digital product or service is delivered.

RXR Muzic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or pricing errors.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products will be delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive digital downloads.

RXR Muzic is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, internet service providers, or incorrect customer information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed. Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Duplicate payments were made.

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, logos, graphics, videos, written content, and digital assets available on this Website remain the exclusive intellectual property of RXR Muzic unless otherwise stated. Any issue regarding an order must be reported by contacting our support team within 7 days of purchase. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
